My condolences to the family, and all Katang’s loved ones.

The news of your passing wrenched my heart as you were the strong one really a gentle giant so big and yet so sweet. You were supposed to be around many more years – I just met you and appreciated your kindness and thoughtfulness…this seems so unfair. I somehow still look forward to hearing you say “Sue, don’t stress we’ll sort it” and seeing your yellow van pull up at the stadium with that colgate smile, this is so unreal. I will miss you longtime. Rest in peace Katang you lived well.πŸ’”

Katang Masemola A combatant for life and A Patriot to the end. You served your country with distinction and committed your Youthful life to the struggle for liberation.

Your schooling days you for strive for a dynamic free and compulsory education for all. When Oliver Reginald Tambo called on us to render the country ungovernable and make apartheid laws unworkable you raised your hand. That made you a roaring young Lion of the 80’s.

We are saddened by your untimely departure but we know your memories and contributions remains.

We salute you Gallant son of the revolution. Hamba Kahle Qhawe la Maqhawe. We shall pick up your fallen spear.
